My use case is we are moving from another video conferencing solution to teams. We have a standing link to a war room video chat that is used anytime we have a production issue. We have a corresponding channel in slack to match with the link to the video conference. This link never expires and anyone can come and go as they please.

You can use Zoom from within eClass. There are two ways to use Zoom in eClass, setting up a permanent zoom link – setting up a permanent zoom link: by using the Zoom meeting activity нажмите для деталей using York’s Zoom website to setup your meeting and adding the meeting link to your course. Those fields will be disabled. Regardless of a recurring or non-recurring meeting you are creating, there will be only one link and one start button for the meeting. A non-recurring meeting will expire 30 days after the meeting is scheduled for. You can restart the same meeting as many times as you would like, within the day period.
