You start out here as an entry level person that schedules inbound demo’s people initiate through the website. There’s no quota–so everyone shares in the lead lists–its essentially training wheels for outbound which is what the previous reviewer had mentioned.

Once you complete scheduled meetings that are handed to you you get promoted to outbound where the completion pay is higher but so are the stakes, and workload. Lots of cold calling – The base salary is pretty generous depending on where you live. There is no micromanaging here. As long as you’re hitting 15 consistent dials per hour you’re not gonna have any issues.

Where in any other job can you just take a 15 minute unscheduled break? As an inbound SDR you’re paid by the hour and expected to work by the hour.
