This support solution will walk you through how to change your Zoom settings to allow participants to share their screens. Part 1 – Enable Co-Host Feature to provide screen sharing access. Part 2 – Give participants access to share screen in a single meeting. Part 3 – Permanently give participants access to share screen. Step 2: Select the “In Meeting Basic ” option in the left-hand menu.

Step 4: Toggle this setting to enable Co-hosts in your Zoom meetings. Note: If you enter one of your meetings on another device it will automatically give you the co-host access which will allow you to share your screen among other things. Step 5: Select the “All Participants” for who can share but be sure that “Host Only” is selected for who can start sharing when someone else is sharing and click the “Save” button.
